A critical factor in addressing the stress in our lives is to change the negative behavior patterns that automatically come into play when we are under stress and contribute to that stress. By identifying the negative behavior patterns and working to change them, we can decrease the impact stress has on our behavior. This will prepare us to focus on the work environment of our department.
