Customer Experience Manager
Opportunity for an experienced customer relations professional in our Norwell MA office. Primary function is maintaining customer experience process, leveraging various technology tools to promote client engagement and participation in all elements of our sales training and leadership development programs.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and proficiency in MsWord, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be experienced using Client Relationship Management Software and familiar with web based tools to track client progress and build individual client profiles.
Responsible for keeping clients up to date and document the use of training systems and leveraging behavior accountability tools. Work client's internal resources in planning and implementing training schedules and all communications with clients. Prepare reports and conduct analyses of client performance related to use and progress with training programs and various instructional formats. Maximize social media programs to celebrate client success and milestones achieved.
This is a part-time position, 20- 30 hours per week to start, with the possibility to grow to full-time hours. Some flexibility of work schedule, within Monday-Friday business hours, is also possible. Pay rate is hourly, commensurate with experience. Access to 401k savings plan and health benefits.
